BINDI: Menu: September 28 Thali Tuesday

(a thali (tah-LEE) is a round tray made up of a selection of different indian dishes)

braised chicken almond curry
house made raita, cumin, pickled butternut squash, radish
OR tapioca fried chatham cod 
cauliflower puree, sweet potato chips, malt vinegar aioli
OR local ipa brined paneer tikka
spicy tomato chutney, grilled oyster mushrooms, cilantro

salt roasted beet chaat
radish, cucumber, sprout lentils, shallot-jalapeno vinaigrette, chutneys, yogurt
wild rice pulao
basmati rice, butternut squash, gala apples, coconut
roasted brussel sprout-fingerling potato masala
cumin, madras curry, ginger, garlic, curry leaf
calcutta street cart chickpea curry
spiced tomato masala, ginger, pickled red onion
bosc pear chutney
jaggery, rice wine vinegar, aleppo chile
chile scented raita
cucumber, mint, yogurt, chili oil
aloo-paneer paratha
hand rolled griddle bread, south indian potato-paneer stuffing, ghee, sea salt
